Years Coaching
Boxing started as something I loved, but over the years it became much more than that. It taught me discipline, resilience, consistency and what it really means to push yourself when you don't feel like it.
Now, as a coach, my goal is simple: to help you become stronger, fitter and more confident — both inside and outside the gym.
Whether you're looking to learn how to box, lose weight, build strength, improve your conditioning or completely transform your fitness, I bring real experience and a coaching approach built around hard work, structure and results.
Backed up by
But the qualifications are only part of the story. I'm here to help you put the work in, build confidence, and become a version of yourself you're proud of.
The question is — are you ready to put the work in?

Alfred
Goal: Fat loss, getting leaner and building overall fitness
What we worked on: A mix of technical boxing, pad work and conditioning rounds, combined with progressive strength training and simple nutrition habits he could stick to consistently. The focus was on small, repeatable wins every week.

Ignas
Goal: Build strength, improve conditioning and develop athleticism
What we worked on: Compound lifts twice a week to build a solid strength base, boxing fitness rounds for the engine, and structured conditioning blocks. We tracked loads and recovery to make sure progress kept moving in the right direction.

Don
Goal: Drop body fat while adding lean muscle
What we worked on: Structured strength sessions to build muscle, boxing and conditioning work for calorie output, and protein-led nutrition guidance. The real focus was training quality, recovery and consistency across the full block.

Reese
Goal: Lose body fat, improve fitness and build confidence in training
What we worked on: Starting from a low training base, we built consistency with two coached sessions a week, daily movement targets and a simple eating structure. The biggest win was showing up and stacking weeks until it became normal.

Tee
Goal: Get into fight shape and prepare for competition
What we worked on: Technical boxing, footwork drills, pad work, sparring-ready conditioning and strength work to hold the pace for full rounds. The programme was built around the real demands of fight night.

Huddin
Goal: Lose body fat, build muscle and improve overall fitness
What we worked on: Consistent strength training, boxing-based conditioning and a realistic nutrition structure built around steady progress. We focused on keeping the plan sustainable while improving fitness, confidence and body composition.

EnquireA few common questions answered so you can book with confidence and walk in ready to recover.
Each session starts with a quick check-in on how your body is feeling and where the tension is. I then use a combination of targeted percussive therapy, hands-on soft tissue work and assisted stretching to release tight muscles, improve mobility and speed up recovery. You leave looser, lighter and ready to train again.
Wear comfortable training clothes you can move in — shorts and a vest or t-shirt work best. Bring a bottle of water and, if you have one, a small towel. That's it.
Drink water beforehand, avoid a heavy meal right before your appointment, and come with any sore spots or injuries in mind so I can tailor the treatment. The more I know, the better I can target what your body needs.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be charged in full. This keeps slots fair for everyone and protects my time.
Why Train With Me
No copy-paste plans. Sessions are built around your level, your goals and how your week actually looks.
Stance, guard, footwork and combinations coached properly — so you improve, not just sweat.
Strength, mobility and conditioning woven in so you get fitter and more capable, not just tired.
Check-ins, honest feedback and standards. I hold you to the plan on the days motivation doesn't show up.
Habits and training you can keep. Progress that lasts past week six.
Boxing teaches you to stay composed under pressure. That carries into everything outside the gym.
Client Words
No scripts — just messages from people who put the work in.
“Thank you for all the hard work brother, couldn't have won that without you.”
“Coach, honestly thank you for everything. Thank you for believing in me ever since the beginning. Thank you for the time and patience you put in to make sure I am the best I can be. “Yo coach, thank you for all the hard work and training you put me through. Your strong words of encouragement and belief in me really help me with my nerves and I really couldn't ask for more. It's unfortunate that it ended up as a draw but next time we WILL make sure we secure the win in sha Allah.”
“Hope you're doing well coach after fight night. Over 1.5 years out of boxing and I still managed to get in the ring and get the job done all thanks to you! The training and mental preparation you put me through over the last 2 months is what got me through all them nerve racking rounds. The support you've shown since the start of this camp will always be appreciated and remembered. This fight has now opened up much bigger paths for me... we've now been offered a title shot. Let's get it!”

Questions
The things people usually ask before their first session. If yours isn't here, message me on Instagram and I'll answer it straight.
No. Most people I work with start from zero. Your first session is built around your current fitness, not mine. We start with stance, guard and the jab, and the conditioning scales to what you can handle that day. You'll work hard, but you'll finish the session — that's the point.
Training clothes you can move in, trainers, and a bottle of water. That's it. I bring the gloves, wraps and pads for boxing sessions, so there's nothing to buy before you start.
Yes — a big part of my client base is women and total beginners. Boxing is one of the best ways to build fitness and confidence at the same time, and no one has to spar unless they want to.
Two coached sessions a week is the sweet spot for most people, alongside a bit of movement on your own. One session a week works if you're consistent, and three or more suits anyone training for a fight or on a tight timeline.
Tell me before we start and I'll build around it. I'm qualified in strength & conditioning and sports massage, so I can adjust loading, swap movements and work on the tissue itself. If something needs a doctor or physio first, I'll say so.
A £10 deposit secures your first slot and comes off the price of the session. You can pay by card or Apple Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. After that you can pay per session or take a package. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move or cancel a session — inside that window the session may be charged in full.
Yes. Online coaching includes a programme built to your goal and equipment, technique feedback from videos you send me, and weekly check-ins to keep you on track. Live online sessions are part of the 6-week online transformation.
A quick chat about your goal and history, a proper warm-up, then straight into coaching — stance and fundamentals if it's boxing, movement screening and key lifts if it's strength. You leave with a clear picture of the plan and what the next few weeks look like.
